Binders need a maintenance rhythm
Pokemon binders do not stay organized by themselves. New pulls, mail days, trades, upgrades, and impulse buys slowly change what each page means. A binder that was clean last month can become a mix of keep cards, duplicate cards, sale candidates, and forgotten placeholders.
A monthly binder rotation turns that drift into a manageable routine.
Start with one binder at a time
Do not empty the whole collection at once. Pick one binder or one section and review it with a clear purpose:
- Keep long term
- Upgrade later
- Move to trade binder
- Move to sale pile
- Store more safely
- Remove duplicate or placeholder

Duplicates are easy to ignore because they look organized inside pages. During the monthly review, remove extras that are not serving a purpose.
