By accessing or using the PokeScan application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PokeScan provides a Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) card scanning, pricing, and collection management service. The Service includes:

• Card recognition via camera scanning
• Real-time and historical market pricing information
• Digital collection management and portfolio tracking
• Price alerts and notifications
• Collection sharing and export features

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Access: PokeScan offers limited free access with daily scan limits and collection size restrictions.

Paid Subscriptions: Premium features are available through Weekly ($7.99/week), Yearly ($49.99/year), and Lifetime ($99.99 one-time) subscription plans.

iOS Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are governed by Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Web Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased via the website are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Web purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the premium features extensively.

5. Pricing Information Disclaimer

Card prices displayed in PokeScan are sourced from third-party marketplaces and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data.

PokeScan is not a marketplace and does not facilitate buying or selling of cards. Price information should not be considered as financial advice or a guarantee of card value.

6. Card Scanning Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in card recognition, the scanning feature may occasionally misidentify cards. Users are responsible for verifying scan results before relying on them for pricing or collection purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The PokeScan application, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by PokeScan and protected by intellectual property laws.

Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, and all related names, characters, and images are trademarks of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and Game Freak. PokeScan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Game Freak. Card images are sourced from publicly available APIs for identification purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your collection data. By using the sharing features, you grant PokeScan a non-exclusive license to display your shared collections to the intended recipients. You may revoke sharing at any time.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the application
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
• Resell or redistribute pricing data obtained through the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

PokeScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on pricing information provided by the Service.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
