Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your account in PokeSnap

The fastest way to delete your account and associated data is directly in the PokeSnap app:

1. Open PokeSnap and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, select Delete account and data.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

The authenticated in-app request permanently deletes your PokeSnap account and user-linked data from our active systems immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@pokesnap.app from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject PokeSnap Data Deletion Request and include your account email or account identifier. Never send your password or Apple credentials.

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days. After verifying account ownership, we will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is finished.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account profile and authentication data, card collection and holdings, scan history, price alerts, push-notification registrations, and other user-linked PokeSnap records. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked to your account may be retained for service measurement and security.

Subscriptions

Deleting your PokeSnap account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You can review or cancel an active subscription separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
